Wedding Weekend

Congrats to Jill & Bryan who were married on Aug. 7 in Pennsylvania. We had a fun weekend which included a trip to Hershey's Chocolate World in addition to all the fabulous wedding festivities. The wedding was beautiful and a great time was had by all!

Earlier in the week, cousin Hannah stayed with us for a few days. It was great having her here, she was a great helper and entertained Holden. She even subbed for him at a 2 year old birthday party since he was napping - what a good sport!

Goofing around before bedtime.

Another trip to Burke Lake. This time the train wasn't running so we opted for a carousel ride instead.Look at that face.Pre-wedding lunch. He insisted on feeding himself and amazingly didn't spill a thing much to my surprise and delight.
Arriving at the church.

Walking into the church.

Posing for a few pictures in the church followed by him walking out of the church and remaing outside with Daddy the whole time. He even missed my reading which was too bad since he was my speech coach for the past few days.Uncle Chris & Hannah. The Priest giving Holden candy after the ceremony.
Cousins. Luckily Christina got a better pic of everyone at the reception.

The Prince catching a few ZZZs before the party. Guess it worked because he rocked out at the reception until after 11pm.Grandma being introduced.Self portrait.Molly doing the "robot". They had an incredible band. Hannah and Aunt Stella even got to share the mic with the lead singer. I'm sorry I didn't get a good picture of Lindsey dancing but I did get her John Travola impression on video - hilarious!

With his 3D glasses getting ready for the movie at Chocolate World. He kept the glasses on the whole time but didn't like some of the special effects. I didn't much care for the simulated rodents running around our legs either but the cocoa scented segment made up for it.

On the Chocolate Tour, the closest Holden has gotten to an amusement park ride. Maybe we'll try some at the beach in a few weeks.Oops - self portrait doesn't work as well for 3.
